Flatt Out is a high-energy bluegrass band combining traditional, contemporary and original music with a generous helping of fun. The band knows what they are there for - to entertain - and they do! The band is fairly new but the members have a lot of experience. Banjo player Eugene Crabtree has played with the James King Band, East River Boys and others. Randy Crittenden (Dobro) and Mike Nicely (guitar) have been in the East Virginia bluegrass scene for years, most recently with "Made From Scratch".
