Julliette was born in New Orleans, Louisiana and raised in a small town called Lacombe known for its Creoles and American Indians that is North of Lake Pontchartrain, the second largest salt-water lake in the United States that covers an area of square miles with an average depth of to feet, located in Southeastern Louisiana. And, her love for Rhythm & Blues and Gospel music was set in motion at the young age of eight years old. Julliette's performance is not just a show; it is an experience...
