To Take Arms is a -piece band out of the Stuarts Draft area in Virginia. Labeled a "Dirtcore" band for their southern influence in their music. The boys are looking to play as many shows as possible and are very hardworking, taking a hands-on approach to all booking and promoting. The positive, upbeat lyrics of front-man Scottie Rudin are an inspiration to those that hear them. Guitar player JJ Stickley and Bassist Adam Nulty conspire together to create heavy, hard hitting riffs keyed off by excellently timed breakdowns and catchy chorus lines. Drummer Drew Killer is also a phenomenal talent as he is apt to applying a variety of influences into his drum lines. Expect big things to come from this band in the near future.
