"the nation's most consistently excellent Mixed Collegiate a cappella group" --Contemporary a Cappella Society of America Redhot and Blue is Yale University's oldest co-ed a capella singing group, and has sung all over the world, winning practically every major a capella award in the process. Noted for its distinctive musical style (innovative arrangements of old standards), and its distictive look (tuxedos for men, red evening gowns for women), Redhot and Blue has been dazzling audiences across the globe for decades. Winners of the Contemporary A Cappella Society of America's Best Arrangement, Best Soloist, Best Song and Best Album awards, included in Best of Collegiate a Cappella, and critically acclaimed from the Collegiate a Cappella Recordings Review to the New York Daily News, Redhot and Blue has sung everywhere from the Queen Elizabeth to the White House. Redhot and Blue is now consenting to do concerts at private parties, a treat that should not be missed given the group's much-deserved reputation as the best a cappella group on Earth.

Influences:	We consider ourselves an eclectic Jazz group. Our repertoire goes from Gershwin to the Beatles seamlessly and instantly, while our arrangements highlight the similarities betwen all the shades of gray in contemporary music. Each of our award-winning arrangements is unique and deviates slightly from what you expect if you know the original, but goes straight to the heart of its intention. In that sense, we sing contemporary arrangements of old standards, and jazz arrangements of contemporary chart-toppers.

Song List (1):	Though our repertoire has always been rooted in jazz, Redhot & Blue performs everything from Billie Holiday to Broadway to the Beatles. All of the music that we sing has been arranged by current and past members of the group. In fact, we're constantly thinking up new pieces to add to our repertoire! For this reason, it becomes difficult to pin down a consistent repertoire list from year to year.
