| Rush Hour is a top-rated wedding, corporate, and party variety band for all of the DC Metro area. We are a runaway favorite of entertainment companies and repeat clients who know that we will fill your dance floor and provide a memorable musical experience. We are a 4-5 piece variety cover band led by a male/female vocalist team. We specialize in the dance music of the 1960s through today, including Motown, Soul, R&B, classic rock, disco, alternative, fun '80s, and today's hits. We can also play the softer jazz and pop standards for dining or early dancing portions of your event. Lynn Keen, our female vocalist, is a major vocal talent, is considered one of the most soulful 'blue-eyed divas' in Northern Virginia, and has released a variety of CDs on her own label. We have played at corporate or organizational receptions, top hotels, country clubs, restaurant clubs, and other venues around the area. An added bonus is the ability to work with your event destination to coordinate all the event needs to ensure timing and help your event flow. | Take R&B, infuse it with a shot of Funk, add a dash of Hip-Hop, fold in a smidgen of Jazz, and top it with a sprinkle of modern Pop/Rock and you've got " REMIX, a six-piece ensemble of seasoned pros based here in Los Angeles. Featuring strong lead vocals with tight harmonies backed by an incredibly funky rhythm section, members of " REMIX have played on national tours and recordings with many well-known (and some not-so-well-known) artists and continue to do so today. Two of our vocalists also played lead roles in the national touring companies of several Broadway musicals.
No matter the size of your event, we can provide the appropriate musical accompaniment -- from a guitar/vocalist duo to our standard six-piece "Club Crew" to a big band with brass and saxes to our "Premier" ensemble with vocalists, Latin percussionist, brass and full string section. Your party's music will be as intimate, funky, or elegant as you desire.

| David Monte Cristo is a singer, songwriter, composer, multi-keyboardist, music producer and filmmaker.
