Dr. FU - Washington, District of Columbia
Dr. FU was voted Best Local Band in WUSA* 's "A List" competition, beating over DC-area bands. FU is known for its high-octane-rock versions of 's hits, energetic stage shows, and wide variety of covers ranging from Al Green & Stevie Wonder to AC/DC & Guns N' Roses.
FU features a collection of experienced musicians who have shared the stage with national acts such as the Mighty Mighty Bosstones, Extreme, Biohazard, White Trash, Dee Snider's Widowmaker, Sick of it All, John Cafferty & the Beaver Brown Band, Roomful of Blues, Vicious Rumors, Agnostic Front, Wayne Newton, Arlo Guthrie, Larry Gatlin, Maynard Ferguson, Herbie Mann, and Arturo Sandoval.
