The Mighty Nish Band is a high energy rock band whose unique sound comes from their ability to mix popular songs from the 's to the present with powerful four part harmonies, unique arrangements and a touch of humor. The performance is not just a collection of enjoyable songs but rather a fun interactive show with audience participation. Once the dancers are on their feet the Mighty Nish Band keeps them there with a tight rhythm section and impressive solos to entertain the dancers and listeners alike.
Everybody asks, "What is a Nish?" Once the music starts they find out that a Nish is a party and the Mighty Nish is a party band. People will be on their feet with smiles on their faces. Everyone will be talking about that great band with the crazy rock and roll accordion – yes, accordion. A Nish is just plain fun for all ages.
After many years of performing as a solo act, Mikey Needleman recruited two more musicians to converge for one purpose: to bring Mikey Needleman music alive in a way that fans have never experienced before.
The Mikey Needleman Band was formed in the Summer of 2006 and quickly gained much recognition and praise from critics. The band is made up of Mikey Needleman on Guitar and Lead Vocals, Bill Hurrelbrink on Bass
and Brent Owens on Drums.
Mikey and Brent had been working for many years together, but nothing came of their colaborations until recently.
Bill And Mikey had shared stages many times in the past in different projects so the addition was a natural one.
All of the members have been very active in different aspects of music all of their lives, so the chemistry between all three members yields ecclectic ideas and sounds. With open minds, The Mikey Needleman Band approaches music in a
way that many other succesful bands approach music; anxiously persuing a connection between the music and the fans.

At this time an up tempo blues rock, Classic ,New,and original, Most of the covers that i do are rebuilt with some new paint on them, and a pretty large following in the west and midwest states.
