Head Trip is a mix of heavy, melodic and everything in between. Formed by members of Nailwounds and Local Motive, Head Trips goals are to not set any boundaries on their music, and to not fall victim to the "sound like everyone else" scene that sadly still exists. About one year ago we started playing together in my living room. We started just jamming for our small living room audience of mostly nobody. Throughout that year we developed our own style of music that is original and authentic. Our main goal as a band is to glorify and honor Christ our Lord and Savior! We believe that God uses music in a powerful way to reach many people.
After a ton of discussion we decided to call our band, Life Beyond Shadows. It basically means you can find new life and a new hope if you are willing to come out of the sinful life that you’re leading now. That’s the message we want to bring to the world through our music.
I am looking forward to the many opportunities God has for us working in this industry.
