| Captain Henderson's Midnight Jazzmen originated in the fall of on the campus of Henderson State University, located in Arkadelphia, AR. The band started out with a quintet and soon added vocals afterward. So far, the Jazzmen have been asked to perform for banquets, private parties, local venues, and even a private, in home, concert. As of now, the Jazzmen are looking forward to broadening their horizons and their audience to the Central/Southwest Arkansas area, primarily Little Rock, Arkadelphia and Hot Springs.
