RADAR is a rock band from oregon. its simple to say that we ROCK and that we never overdo it. we play a vast array of classics and originals mixed together to deliver a hard rocking, smooth flowing set that is never dull, and can only be done like radar does it !!!!!
Every wedding and party needs some form of entertainment, so why not a DJ? I am a mobile disk jockey who provides sound, music and lighting for any event. I'll make your wedding or party a memorable one, while having fun at what I enjoy doing - music!
I have over 9,000 songs to spin, and that library is growing daily. Along with playing music, I can make general announcements, entertain, provide sound and lighting for other people, and work with other vendors at an event to make sure everything runs smoothly.
Clients are offered a free consultation meeting (in person if close to Eugene, OR; over phone or through e-mail if not) to discuss my services, music that should be played and any other details that will need to be gone over before the event. After that we can stay in contact through e-mail and phone to make any changes or add last minute requests to your playlist.

My current rate is $50 per hour plus gas compensation of $1 for every 10 miles. To check the mileage to and from the event I always use MapQuest..

Based out of Snohomish County, Hettel Street Blues features powerhouse vocalist Kathy Hettel; singing in the tradition of the great women of song such as Etta James, Ruth Brown and Dinah Washington. She is also a member of the Washington Blues society and a full time physician by day.
Kathy is backed by an accomplished and versatile four piece band that mixes classic and contemporary arrangements to create a full range repertoire from cool jazz to rockin’ the house blues and R& B.
Hettel Street Blues has performed at regional events such as The Northwest Folklife Festival, Renton River Days, Edmonds Arts Festival, The Bite of Seattle, The Taste of Tacoma, The Marysville and Everett concerts in the parks series and The Renton Family Fourth on Lake Washington. HSB is also a regular performer at local venues such as Alligator Soul, and Café Espresso Americano, JR’s of Everett and The Highway 99 Blues club. A favorite for private parties, weddings and Corporate events with diverse groups such as The Washington State Rotary, The Thrivent Financial for Lutherans, American Cancer relay for life, Bethany Rehab and The Issaquah Arts Guild; Hettel Street can play to audiences of all ages.
Born and raised in the small town of Chehalis, WA, and currently residing in Nashville, TN, Tara McCormick represents the Northwest in country music. She and her band have played at numerous regional fairs, rodeos, festivals, amp theaters and theaters. Tara has traveled nationally and has had the opportunity to open for national acts such as music hall of fame legend Bo Diddley, Ty England, Keith Anderson, Jason Aldean, and Asleep at the Wheel.
Tara has made TV appearances on David Letterman, Ryan Seacreast, The Best Damn Sports Show, Entertainment Tonight, two appearances on Evening Magazine, two appearances on KOMO news 4’s Connie Thompson’s Morning Show, as well as the Miss USA pageant 2004. She has made radio appearances on 95.1 The Rock, 92.9 The Bull, 1460 KUTI, 104.3 KMNT, 100.7 The Wolf., and 99.5 The Wolf. As well as print and advertisements in numerous news papers. Most recently, Tara made the cover of the May 2006 issue of Quick Throttle Magazine. Further she has been invited to play at The 8th Annual Heart of Texas Quadruple-Bypass Music Festival and the “Chick Singer Night” in Nashville, TN.
She is affiliated with Susan Komen, Gilda’s Club, Children’s hospital, The American Heart Association, and The American Lung Association among others.
Having fulfilled her obligations as 2004's Miss Washington USA and placing top 15 at nationals, Tara is dedicating 100% of her energy and resources to her music.
Her captivating, high energy set consists of both covers and originals. Artists covered range from Sheryl Crow and Jewel on the rock edge to Dixie Chicks, Martina McBride, and Faith Hill on the more country side. Her original material reflects a broad range of influences that is sure to have you tapping your feet and singing along!
Tara has independently recorded one demo single; an EP titled "That's My Style" and recently finished work on her second CD titled, "Go That Far".
"Go That Far" is produced by nine time country Grammy winner Larry Gadler and adds that "clean sound of Nashville" without loosing Tara's Northwest edge. Tara's sound is a compilation of true country with a bit of Rock, Pop, and Blues. "Go That Far" contains ten new original songs and will be released later this Spring.
