We are a variety band. Our musical styles range from the old classic tejano sound with brass to country and oldies. We also do some classic rock and disco/funk songs as well. And Yes we do some of the modern stuff.

Prayer Made Thugs is a Gospel Hip Hop group that started in 2002. Cris Frizzell AKA Frizzo el Mero Mero is the founder/leader of Prayer Made Thugs. Bryan Tenorio AKA Samson Tha Holy Warrior is a Member and Roy Sandoval AKA Malachi The Eternal Soldier is also a member. Prayer Made thugs have released and sold many Demo CDs and are currently shopping their demos with Talent 2k. They have also signed a contract with Sonic Wave Int. and are currently recording their first album. Prayer Made Thugs have participated in many Concerts and Gigs such as; Battle of the Bands Albuquerque NM, The Michael Fortino Show in Mescalero NM, City Wide Block Party in Artesia NM, Gospel Fest 2006 in Las Cruses NM, and many more since 2002. Recently they were guests on a T.V. show called “The Light of the Southwest” which is broadcasted around the world through GLC (God’s Learning Channel). They have also done two Radio shows on 101.5 KIDX which they were interviewed live and played many of their hit songs for an hour. Prayer Made Thugs are on a mission to win souls for Jesus Christ using their talent of hip hop. They believe that God put them on the earth to reach out to this generation of people who need Jesus. Their Music is not about Religion but simply Relationship with Jesus Christ. They come with a unique style of Rap that has a strong message behind it.

T is a world class vocalist and personality. Mike is an award winning steel guitarist/keyboardist and producer. Thank you Gigleader for leading us to such a great band for our wedding! Narrow Gauge was the perfect fit. We had looked all over and could not find a band that we thought would fit our guests. We love country music and so did many of our guests, but there were also people who liked a variety of different genres of music. Narrow Gauge played to the crowd and kept the dance floor packed all night. We had so much fun that we even hired them for an extra set! Narrow Gauge was easy to work with! Jim was so helpful in helping us plan our reception. We had all the details worked out weeks before the reception, so I could try to relax! He even MC'd the event for us. They let several of our guest sing on stage with them, and even let Steve, my new husband play bass on one song. He doesn't even know how to play bass, but somehow it sounded great. During their breaks they had DJ music pumping through the dance floor, so even when they weren't playing, our guests kept dancing! It was truly a night to remember. Thank you Narrow Gauge for your professionalism and talent. You were so phenomenal! We couldn't recommend you more highly!
