About one year ago we started playing together in my living room. We started just jamming for our small living room audience of mostly nobody. Throughout that year we developed our own style of music that is original and authentic. Our main goal as a band is to glorify and honor Christ our Lord and Savior! We believe that God uses music in a powerful way to reach many people.
After a ton of discussion we decided to call our band, Life Beyond Shadows. It basically means you can find new life and a new hope if you are willing to come out of the sinful life that you’re leading now. That’s the message we want to bring to the world through our music.
I am looking forward to the many opportunities God has for us working in this industry.

A Metalcore band out of the small Indiana heartland. We strive to be the best band that you've ever heard. We practice at least a few times a week to keep it sweet. We play for the glory of God and to change the lives of those who hear us.
The Dave Boggs Band is a Modern Rock Worship Band out of Defiance, Ohio, only a few miles from the Indiana and Michigan borders. Their Passion is to see lives transformed by the Power of God as they worship, and share from their hearts what God has given them (Hearts hungry and desperate for him), and to lead others in his awesome presence.
The band has had the privilege of their song "I Will Go With You" go to # on internet radio the first week it was released. They are very excited about the release of their debut cd, at the end of this year.
The Dave Boggs Band also has had the privilege of playing for over , people at Wizards Stadium with National recording artists Connersvine as well as playing at many churches and coffee houses all over Ohio and Indiana.
