Campbell's Jazz Soup plays a fun blend of jazz, blues, and swing. Leader Brian Campbell serves up a tasty stew of hot clarinet and swinging saxophone. Mixed in to provide a feast for the ears is bluesy guitar and driving string bass. To top it off we can stir in some hearty vocals. We play everything from mellow background jazz to upbeat danceable swing.
The trio can expand to as many as seven members with the addition of such instruments as trumpet, drums, and piano. Our most popular configuration is a quintet composed of the trio plus trumpet and drums. If you want to dance, the quintet is the way to go!
For over ten years we've played many events throughout the San Francisco Bay Area including weddings, festivals, parties, and corporate affairs. Click the More Information link below to hear a clip of us playing and check out our website (campbellsjazz[dot]com) to get additional sound samples and more info. Thanks.
Every wedding and party needs some form of entertainment, so why not a DJ? I am a mobile disk jockey who provides sound, music and lighting for any event. I'll make your wedding or party a memorable one, while having fun at what I enjoy doing - music!
I have over 9,000 songs to spin, and that library is growing daily. Along with playing music, I can make general announcements, entertain, provide sound and lighting for other people, and work with other vendors at an event to make sure everything runs smoothly.
Clients are offered a free consultation meeting (in person if close to Eugene, OR; over phone or through e-mail if not) to discuss my services, music that should be played and any other details that will need to be gone over before the event. After that we can stay in contact through e-mail and phone to make any changes or add last minute requests to your playlist.
If you don't live in Eugene and are still interested in my services, don't worry - I'll travel! My free consulatation meeting can take place over the phone or through e-mails, and I'll work just as hard to make sure that your event rocks!

Acoustic Soul is Las Vegas' first and only Human Jukebox. Acoustic Soul is comprised of 6 members (including male and female vocalists) who take all requests for 4 hours straight without breaks. Acoustic Soul plays everything Rock, Country, Oldies, Top 40, R&B, Rap, Hip Hop, Reggae, Classic Rock, Blues, Folk and just about every genre of music you could imagine. Its similar to dueling piano players with their "put some money in the bucket and we will play your requests" routine, but make no mistake there is nothing routine about them. Playing full re-imagined arrangements of the songs for 4 hours straight with no breaks in music is what keeps them working 5 night s a week for over 2 years! This is a band that knows how to rock a crowd and keep them in their bar stools all night long. When was the last time you saw a band play for 4 hours straight, locally or on big stages? It's an interactive marathon of some of the greatest music ever written. There are never any set lists. The show is different and personal every time, based solely on the crowd that is taking the Acoustic Soul journey that night. The audience is as much a part of the Acoustic Soul experience as the musicians themselves. Singing along, shouting out requests, dancing, and partying with the band, creates an interactive atmosphere that keeps everyone involved and entertained well into the night.
