The band's debut Cd "Almost To Nowhere" has already sparked major interest from labels and critics. It contains 13 originals written by Eric Lazar & Greg Bee. The songs "Somewhere Down The Road" and "You Never Will" have been played on National Public Radio on the Mic Martin Blues Show. Featuring strong lead vocals with tight harmonies backed by an incredibly funky rhythm section, members of 12" REMIX have played on national tours and recordings with many well-known (and some not-so-well-known) artists and continue to do so today. Two of our vocalists also played lead roles in the national touring companies of several Broadway musicals.
No matter the size of your event, we can provide the appropriate musical accompaniment -- from a guitar/vocalist duo to our standard six-piece "Club Crew" to a big band with brass and saxes to our "Premier" ensemble with 7 vocalists, Latin percussionist, brass and full string section. Your party's music will be as intimate, funky, or elegant as you desire.

| I am a Santa Barbara-based singer, pianist, and guitarist available to perform for wedding ceremonies, cocktail hour and receptions, parties, anniversaries, bar/bat mitzvahs, corporate events, fundraisers, wine tastings, or any special occasion. Music is my life work and passion. I have loved music all my life and have been performing since I was in my early teens, professionally for the last 20 or so years. As a performer I hold myself and the musicians I work with to the highest professional standards and always put my heart and soul into everything I do.
I sing and play (solo or with other musicians) in a variety of styles from jazz standards (Great American songbook; the repertoire of Tony Bennet, Sinatra, Diana Krall, etc.), as well as more contemporary styles (60's to the present) from smooth jazz, rock, blues, funk, latin, New Age, reggae, music theatre, country, and traditional and contemporary folk songs including Irish and Spirituals. I also have original music, mostly instrumental. Let me provide the soundtrack to make your wedding , party or other event a lifelong memory. |

| Limpopo has its origins in Moscow since . This group toured the former Soviet Union performing in some of its more famous theaters. At the peak of Limpopo’s fame there, Yuri & Igor emigrated to the United States with only two of the original cast at his heels. In , Limpopo reformed in the States as a four-member folk and comedy troupe. They were very successful performing for audiences of all ages across Canada and the United States at music and comedy festivals, children’s festivals, clubs, and college campuses. In , they competed on and won the Ed McMahon’s International Star Search band competition. In , they showcased at The National Association for Campus Activities convention in Boston where over colleges signed up to bring the band to their campuses! They were voted by readers of Campus Activities Today magazine as "Best Music Act for ". They were nominated for Group of the Year at the Kerrville Music Awards. They were featured in a long running national TV ad for KIT KAT candy bars which became a tongue-in-cheek anthem for them. L.A.’s number one watched news program, KTLA Morning News, featured a live interview and performance of Limpopo and the Los Angeles Music Center on Tour proudly touts Limpopo as one of their most popular and celebrated artists. |
