We are the Osmonds band and have played all over the world with them including playing on their recent DVD release filmed live at Londons Apollo Hammersmith arena which went to # in the UK. This band consists of 12 pieces. 4 vocalists, 4pc. Rhythm-section, 4pc. Horn-section. We have our own sound system. The attire of the band is comfortable casual and semi-formal. We are a little costly, but worth every penny! We have played many venues in and around the KC area. Our 1st set is an hour and a half long. Which allows us time to feel our audiences and see what keeps them on the dance floor.

From Kansas City, Missouri. the group is cut from the mold of the great funk and soul bands of the sixties thru the present, some of whose songs they perform in their live show. Pogo Funk originated in the fall of 1999 as an idea of bringing an original sound to St. Louis. We started writing material that ended up coming out as a fresh mix of hip-hop, funk, and rock-based guitar riffs. We started really putting our nose to the grindstone to keep coming up with music for people to enjoy. We released our debut ep, The Sound From The Underground, in 2003. Since then we played numerous clubs in and around the St. Loius area like Mississippi Nights, Pop's, The Red Sea, Hi-Pointe, The Galaxy, and even Cicero's on an open mic night once. We have done charity events such as "Muzak Gumbo", a benefit concert for Hurricane Katrina Relief, and "Green Jam II", a concert for environmental awareness. Now we continue to play and write new music to keep our fans happy and have a blast doing it. New cd out early 2007.
