Each member of the group comes from a dramatically different musical background, which provides a vast array of musical insight and contribution. Each member of the group is classically trained from some of the best jazz schools in the country such as The University of North Texas and The Berklee School of Music in Boston. What makes us compatible is our love for quality, live music, regardless of the situation. Weddings, private parties, jazz clubs, outdoor festivals, rock concerts, bars, and corporate functions; The Chris McGuire Band has done it all. We are capable of almost any style, in nearly any venue. All of this coupled with a highly trained sound engineer and professional attitude is what makes us stand above the rest.
