| ADERO NEELY: BIO & PROFILE
Adero means “Gives Life”. Referred to as “boy wonder” by Chicago’s media, -year old Adero Neely is Chicago’s Most Talented Kid. He won this title at the Chicago Music Awards where he received over , votes. During the summer of , Adero played the character of “Little Tony”, the son of movie star Malik Yoba, in the summer controversial hit stage play “Work It Out”, which premiered at Chicago’s Arie Crown Theatre. For three months (August through October ), Adero played “Travis Younger” in the hit Broadway Musical adaptation of “Raisin” at the University of Chicago’s Court Theatre. In November , Adero completed a national Sear’s commercial; and is the poster child for the Big Brother’s Program in the Midwest. Adero won his first national singing competition at age nine, defeating over adult singers and becoming Kalahari Resorts (Wis.) first Idol of . Adero is featured in the March Issue of GUMBO Teen Magazine, the September issue of the Chicago Defender (referred to as “the kid with the platinum voice”), the October issue of the Chicago Sun Times, the summer issue of the Hyde Park Harold and the December Issue of WORD UP Teen Magazine. Adero's music video 'Save Some World for Me' was selected by Swept Away TV, a nationally distributed teen music/pop culture TV show seen in markets including NYC, Philadelphia, Miami, Atlanta and Phoenix and is estimated to be available in million households. UNSIGNED Music Magazine and KCSG television also accepted Adero’s music video for their music television show that broadcast to over , homes via cable and , via the Dish Network.
