Captain Henderson's Midnight Jazzmen originated in the fall of on the campus of Henderson State University, located in Arkadelphia, AR. The band started out with a quintet and soon added vocals afterward. So far, the Jazzmen have been asked to perform for banquets, private parties, local venues, and even a private, in home, concert. As of now, the Jazzmen are looking forward to broadening their horizons and their audience to the Central/Southwest Arkansas area, primarily Little Rock, Arkadelphia and Hot Springs. Julliette was born in New Orleans, Louisiana and raised in a small town called Lacombe known for its Creoles and American Indians that is North of Lake Pontchartrain, the second largest salt-water lake in the United States that covers an area of 630 square miles with an average depth of 12 to 14 feet, located in Southeastern Louisiana. And, her love for Rhythm & Blues and Gospel music was set in motion at the young age of eight years old.
