Deja Bleu got together in about June of . Several of us found that we had a common interest… a desire to play and perform music. There are five of us. Diane fronts us by handling the vocal end of things. Nancy fills in with flute and percussion. Steve adds a guitar and Dave lays down a solid foundation with his bass. Anne, our unofficial (but also undisputed) leader, handles the keyboard duties.
We can customize our play list to accommodate almost any situation. And beyond that, it’s given each of us the chance to explore musical areas we probably would never have imagined on our own. It’s often been said that there are two kinds of music, Country and Western, or good music and bad, but we have our own perspective. There are two kinds of music, that which you enjoy and that which you don’t. Hopefully our eclectic approach will offer much for your musical enjoyment.
While we all share a common love of performing with Deja Bleu, we all come from different musical backgrounds. Some come from classical and church backgrounds, others from ’s and ’s rock bands. Some of us stress popular music, while others favor jazz or country. Genre-wise we’re all over the map… and we love it. It was immediately apparent to us that our diversity was not a problem, but rather an opportunity. Deja Bleu plays weddings, receptions, dances and dinners. We’ve done private parties and club events. We’ve played from Tulsa to Bartlesville.
Whatever your musical needs… Deja Bleu would like to be your solution.
Our sound changes from song to song. We have tunes that are almost red dirt country and we also have songs that sounds like straight up jazz. The sax and flute add to the jazzy flavor. Each member of the band has great experience and talent on their instrument(s).
I'm a versatile talented singer/musician who is experience in many genres of music. I perform well in large or small groups by giving my audience the show they deserve.

Delta Rage is an explosive original rock band formed in Dallas in 2003. The brainchild of Ryan Cassidy, Delta Rage represents the ultimate combination of great groove oriented rock and improvisation. They have quickly become one of the most talked about bands in North Texas. With their distinctive original sound combining elements of modern rock, classic rock, blues, jazz, and funk, Delta Rage proves with every single performance that it is destined to be a leading force in the world of rock music today and for many years to come.
Listening to their self-titled demo, you are treated to the sonic feast that fans experience when at a Delta Rage show. Of course, the point of a live performance is to entertain as well as perform, and Delta Rage does not disappoint those who are there to see a show! Their captivating live performance is definitely a must see, from the playful interaction between the bandmates to witnessing the pure passion these musicians exude for their music. From blistering riffs that blow your mind, and soulful lows that alternately soothe and energize, to thundering rhythms that will keep you moving all night, Delta Rage promises to leave a lasting impression.
Delta Rage also stands out from the pack in that they possess incredible improvisational skills; an element rarely seen in today’s modern music. From one performance to the next, this keeps their songs sounding fresh and keeps audiences coming back for more, time and time again. Improv is reminiscent of the blues rock stylings of Jimi Hendrix and Stevie Ray Vaughan, but the songs themselves may be compared to more modern bands like Alice in Chains, Stone Temple Pilots, Aerosmith, etc...
These elements coming together live on stage is what creates the distinct sound of Delta Rage. We think you’ll agree the music of Delta Rage provides a much needed breath of fresh air for the local music scene today.
