Dye Hollow is a hard rock/metal/punk band based out of central Kentucky. Dye Hollow has to be heard to be understood. Powerful pounding drum beats beat down the path for infectious bass grooves, that are accompanied by technical riffs and guitar solos that seep straight into your soul. This is topped off by beautiful vocal arrangments that are snatched up and eaten by deathly growls. Dye Hollow has been together for about years. The band was formed in the summer of from former bands and side projects.
We are a band located in Southern Indiana that is trying to make an impact coming from a small town. We have played with many national acts including: The Red Chord, The Tony Danza Tap Dace Extravaganza, The Acacia Strain, Year of Desolation, Ed Gein, and Scars of Tomorrow. We try to mix a smoothe sound with a hard in your face message about life, love, and the good and bad experiences that we all go through. We try to give the liguified sound of the rythm with the rugged yet sensitive leads. We throw in the emotions that cant be expressed otherwise except through music.
We are a VERY VERY talented band we all have tons of experiance on our instruments. Our music is very different from other bands. We have a different sound to offer but we still keep it hardcore and metal. We take the music world as a business and we will work and try our best to keep things rolling. Our stage presence is very good and will promise to have an entertaining show at every show we play!
