| Take on the world one crowd at a time to make rock music important again.
Rockett Queen exploded onto the scene to rave reviews with their full length debut "Too Rock For Radio." Since the release of TRFR, Rockett Queen has kept busy playing thousands of shows with bands like The All American Rejects, Yellowcard, New Found Glory, Story Of The Year, Bowling For Soup, Autopilot Off, Coheed and Cambria, Thrice, Bad Religion, The Sounds, Senses Fail, My Chemical Romance and Thursday. Including multiple stops on the Vans Warped Tour.
While building a devoted following in the U.S., Rockett Queen also released TRFR in Japan on Little Rock Records. "Inrock," one of Japans largest music magazines, featured a full page spread on Rockett Queen next to bands like Avril Lavigne, Paramore, Fall Out Boy, HIM and the Foo Fighters. Back in America, Rockett Queen quickly earned the title "Best Unsigned Band in America" by winning the contest that led their hit single "The Next Big Thing" to be featured in the full length film "John Tucker Must Die."
This earned them a spot on the soundtrack next to bands like The All American Rejects, Cartel, Ok Go and many more. With the buzz building, it wasn't long before MTV came calling, featuring "The Next Big Thing" in their hit TV show "Newport Harbour". Coming straight off the success of their single "TNBT" Rockett Queen quickly jumped back into the studio to record their sophomore EP "Kiss and Tell," which has already been called "the best thing Rockett Queen has released to date." |
