OLDsKOOL is a classic rock, modern country and foot tappin’ variety band initially born as entertainment for a philanthropic event…and evolving into a piece, fun-loving, musical smorgasbord with one common theme: “make ‘em move, make ‘em smile…and make ‘em want more!!” From Creedence to Cash, Brooks and Dunn to the Rolling Stones, OLDsKOOL plays favorites, and some original tunes, that mesh the best of hot guitar licks, multiple vocals/harmonies, and rhythms that just won’t allow you to sit still. From Corporate events (a specialty!), to parties, clubs and outdoor festival-like events, “sKOOL…has been in session”.
With guitars, bass, keys, and drums/percussion, our member group has assembled a dynamic/full sound and a playful stage presence that adapts well, from significant interaction with the audience, to more “keep the tunes rollin’” to establish the right party environment. Acoustic Soul is Las Vegas' first and only Human Jukebox. Acoustic Soul is comprised of 6 members (including male and female vocalists) who take all requests for 4 hours straight without breaks. Acoustic Soul plays everything Rock, Country, Oldies, Top 40, R&B, Rap, Hip Hop, Reggae, Classic Rock, Blues, Folk and just about every genre of music you could imagine. Its similar to dueling piano players with their "put some money in the bucket and we will play your requests" routine, but make no mistake there is nothing routine about them. Playing full re-imagined arrangements of the songs for 4 hours straight with no breaks in music is what keeps them working 5 night s a week for over 2 years! Featuring strong lead vocals with tight harmonies backed by an incredibly funky rhythm section, members of 12" REMIX have played on national tours and recordings with many well-known (and some not-so-well-known) artists and continue to do so today. Two of our vocalists also played lead roles in the national touring companies of several Broadway musicals.

Growing up from their Rockabilly tinged chops of the past,the boys sound has gotten heavier over the last couple years.In evidence from the latest release "Charmed Life". Bobby Smith(Guitar) and longtime sidekick Jimmy Kolodziej(upright Bass) have carved out a Metal Billy approach that wavers somewhere in between Eddie Cochran and Motorhead. Lateset addition to the band is drummer Gt Skragg, a veteran of the Denver music scene. Expect anything at a MIGHTY 18WHEELER show. The music is loud, The clothes are loud, and the primal energy never stops.
