Exploring its traditional salsa roots, Naborí dedicates itself to executing exclusively original material composed and arranged by members of the group. Infused with heavy percussion and aggressive rhythmic over tones, Naborí is best described as a mix between traditional aggressive salsa with touches of modern compositions and arrangements. Naborí has taken the Midwest by storm, named best salsa band in by Milwaukee Magazine and winning the WAMI award for best World Beat Music Group. Naborí has had the honor of performing at some of the Midwest's premiere festivals and venues inclusive of Summerfest, Jazz in the Park, Boricua Fest, Latin Music Fest, Shank Hall and Chicago Summer Dance. In addition Naborí was privileged to open for internationally renowned acts such as Olga Tañon and Héctor Tricoche all within its first year of being formed.

We play just about every genre and anywhere we can. Normally we are a funk rock band that plays primarily in rock bars, but when we do weddings we are generally given a list of songs, and play all of the couples requests.

This band consists of 12 pieces. 4 vocalists, 4pc. Rhythm-section, 4pc. Horn-section. We have our own sound system. The attire of the band is comfortable casual and semi-formal. We are a little costly, but worth every penny! We have played many venues in and around the KC area. Our 1st set is an hour and a half long. Which allows us time to feel our audiences and see what keeps them on the dance floor.
