| DOUBLE BARREL BLUES BAND contact MARK 315-437-6931 GARNET 315-493-4663 The double barrel blues band is a 4 piece rocking blues outfit that features the stinging guitar playing of mark cloutier and the slide guitar playing of john hart..many influences and interpretations will be heard throughout the course of a show---old time traditional blues,modern rocking blues, and original material by mark cloutier,john hart and bill satterly....this band has recently performed at the new york state blues fest,blues in the bay( 5 shows in 5 days),watertown summer fest,iron block harley davidson 105th anniversary party,uncle sam's blues boat cruise,shared the same bill as juno nominated artist david gogo,and many radio and tv interviews...also the band was recently contacted by turner style music for a blues showcase in n.y.c oct 16th 2008--they accepted and will be featured at 7:30pm!
mark cloutier has 18 years of experience playing blues in central new york..the former guitar man of dirty pool has played many major blues fests in past years-----notably, the new york state blues fest,chenango blues fest,massena springs blues bash,iron block harley davidson 105th anniversary party and blues in the bay-alex bay n.y.,etc.....mark has been recognized in central new york as best guitar player in central new york blues magazine 1997,and also was nominated 3 years for best blues band(dirty pool) by the syracuse sammy award committee..mark also recently had his picture on the front cover of "the vacationer" 1000 island magazine to promote 2008 blues in the bay!!!
john hart has performed throughout europe with various bands and has performed at the n.y.s blues fest,massena springs blues bash, blues in the bay,iron block harley davidson,watertown summer fest,etc...he has a very slick vocal style and performs with such ease and confidence!!his slide playing is top notch and really compliments mark's playing!!
Garnett grimm holds it down nicely with 40 years of experience playing across new york and beyond...a great guy with booking experience and many contacts...he has shared the stage with mark and bill for 4 years now playing the same fests mentioned above!garnett is a seasoned pro with years and years of experience in various bands and booking..
Bill satterly has been playing with mark and garnet for 4 years as well with past experiences with dirty pool and elmo blake..bill really holds it down with that thumping 4 string bass and also sings writes a few tunes of his own as well..bill really understands the blues...he has also performed all the mentioned fests as noted above!!!

Mike Thomas is an immensely talented singer-songwriter. He is an evolving musical entity: the music is fresh and continually adds new dimensions. We like to call Mike’s sound new old-school organic soul. From a lifetime of exposure to divergent styles of music, and a bringing together of elements from jazz, country, folk, rhythm & blues and rock, the musically erudite sound of Mike Thomas is textured, multi-layered, and introspective. Over the past two years, Mike has been busy writing and playing all over New York, Michigan and Toronto. As well as playing solo and Mike Thomas Band shows, Mike is the vocalist/ guitarist for the harmony-rich, groove-laden Roundbale Conspiracy. Mike was the lead guitarist/background vocalist/bassist for the high energy horn rock band PBM, and was the bassist/ vocalist for the exuberant rock-trio juggernaut, Head. He also fronted his own band Sam Jones & the Jones Family. Mike is a powerful, soulful artist and performer. His extensive creative input on Roundbale’s CD, As Fresh As It Gets, honed his song writing style (reminiscent of Jeff Buckley but with unmistakable McCartney and Garcia influence). He has drawn raves and standing ovations from audiences across the U.S. and Canada. |

| TIPICAL CUBAN HARDCORE SALSA....Conjunto Imagen was founded in by bandleaders Ernie Acevedo and Junior Rivera. Angelo Gonzalez joined as Musical Director in . They have since recorded eleven productions. Three of those were produced under J & N Records label entitled “Tumba, Tres y Bongo”, “Te Invita a Bailar” and “Mi Rumba”. The next five productions were recorded under the Platano Records label entitled “Algo Nuevo”, “Por Amor a Ti”, “Encuentro Especial”, “Imagen ”, and “Entrando a Milenio” and a Christmas CD, “Xmas with Imagen” (which features Jose Fajardo & Yomo Toro). Their last production, “Contra la Fuerza”, was released by Platano Records and distributed by Universal Records. Conjunto Imagen’s newest production “Ayer, Hoy y Mañana” is being released under their very own record label Muziq, Inc. Records with the vocal talents of Jesus Serrano and Eddie Rosado. We also play other genres, like standards, latin, blues, jazz, rock, etc. We carefully pick our songs because we really work at the songs we pick. Pocket Change is six-pieces with an optional four-piece horn section who play our own custom-written arrangements. Most of our music will be familiar to you (or the person dancing next to you) because we make this our goal. Starting with lists of chart-topping hits, we select those tunes that "fit" the band - those we perform VERY well. Time and again, we find that audiences really love the mix of music (and fun) that we bring to the party!
